DAGUPAN CITY, Aug. 6 – Two leading educators in Pangasinan have appealed to President Benigno Aquino III to reconsider his proposal to add two years to basic education, saying this is impractical, especially if the present structural problems in the educational system remain.

Mr. Angel Reyna Jr. will be attending a seminar on fashion photography which will be held at B&H eventspace in New York on March 24, 2010. Ms. Lindsay Adler, the main speaker of the event, will offer a brief introduction into the art and business of fashion photography.
